If both swappers agree... absolutely! For example, if there is an item that is monetarily more valuable, the swapper with this item can request a few items from the swapper to balance off the value. Remember to discuss this option via chat.
How do I purchase shipping supplies?
Order or purchase shipping supplies from your preferred mail carrier prior to adding an item to your store. Be ready.

When should I mail my item ?
When an offer is accepted, it is understood that both parties agree to ship the items to each other immediately. Make sure you ship to a confirmed address. This means that you’re shipping to an address that has been validated to help reduce chances of fraud.
How long should I wait for my items(s) to arrrive?
Depending on the location of the item, arrival time will vary. Make sure your retrieve the shipping tracking number from the other swapper.
Can I return an item to a swapper?
Contact the swapper through the messaging chat to inform them you are requesting a return. Freely negotiate if there is another item you would prefer from the swappers store front in order to balance the return.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Send a message to the swapper informing them you received the wrong item. The swapper should mail you the correct item. if requested, you should mail back the incorrect item you received.
How do I request a return?
Contact the swapper and inform them of your request.
Are there limits to what can be returned?
No, it is not. As long as the item has not been worn, used, or manipulated in any way after receipt, the swapper can request a return.
